What to include when you ask for a security quote
The quicker a security company understands your site, the faster and more accurate your quote. Here is what to send.

A good security quote depends on good information. If you send the right details first time, you get a faster, more accurate price and fewer surprises later.
Send these details with your enquiry:
- Site address or postcode and the type of site, for example construction, warehouse, retail or office
- What you want to protect: people, stock, plant, an empty building or an event
- Hours of cover: days, nights, weekends, 24/7 or specific times
- Start date and how long you need cover
- Type of security: static guards, mobile patrols, K9 dog handlers, door supervisors or CCTV operators
- Site rules or assignment instructions, if you have them
- Any recent incidents, such as break-ins, theft or trespass
Not sure what you need? That is normal. Many clients ask for a static guard when mobile patrols would cost less, or ask for patrols when a K9 unit would cover a large site better. A site security survey helps you choose the right option.
We offer a free, no-obligation site security survey, in person or by video call. Book a free survey or call us on 07352 581384. We reply to every enquiry within 1 hour, 24/7.
